Customers\prospects
Open the
software peach tree. After clicking on the first option “open an existing
company” select your company from the list and click on that. The following
window will appear.
On the top of the window there is a 3rd
option of the maintain click on that. the following window will appear.
At first
there is an option of customers\prospects click on that so the following window
will appear.
General:
Ø First you fill the upper two columns
which are called as header field of customer ID and name.
Ø And then fill the particulars of
first tab General.
Ø Hare you fill the required
information of contact, address, city, country, sales and etc.
Sales default:
Ø The click on next TAB of sales
default which include following information like sales representative which
means the person who is handling the sales and the general ledger sales account
and other particulars which are given.
Payment default:
Ø The third TAB is of payment default
in which is optional and necessary is your mode of payment is through credit
card.
Custom fields:
Ø The fourth TAB is of custom fields it
is use for second references who want to add additional information about the
customer then it cant be changed.
History:
Ø It is the last TAB in this the customer previous data is given
and all sales and cash information is available here.
